Catering is customized according to the options you choose. Prices are determined by creating your meal with as many, or as few, center of the plate choices and side dishes. In the protein categories, the lists start with the most affordable and end with the more expensive. Disposable flatware and dinnerware versus real china and glassware, as well as buffet style versus full table service, are also considerations in pricing. Beverages may be included or excluded.

  • Beef: Sliced Roast beef (from bottom round), BBQ Brisket, Sliced Eye of Round, Prime Rib, Sliced Beef Tenderloin Sauces for beef: traditional brown gravy, au jus, Marsala (brown sauce flavored with shallot, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic-- mushrooms optional)

  • Pork: BBQ Pulled Pork (available with cocktail buns), BBQ Pork Riblets, Sliced Roasted Pork Loin with Sauce (pork gravy, Marsala, Teriyaki, Dijon, BBQ, sweet Chili), Bone-in Pork Chops or Country-style Ribs, Sliced Pit Ham, BBQ St. Louis Style Ribs (Cut in 2 to 3 bone segments)

SIDES

Gravies, glazes, and sauces are generally considered to automatically be included with the protein. Fresh baked honey wheat rolls, or bread of choice, and butter are also typically included.









  • Potatoes: Mashed Potatoes, Roasted red potatoes, in garlic and parsley, Potato Salad, Roasted Sweet potatoes, Candied Sweet Potato Casserole, Twice Baked Potato Casserole, Hashbrown Casserole
